Favourite: Mordin. Everything he says makes me love him more. Though I also love Tali, Garrus, liara, Wrex, Legion and Kasumi.

I hate Ashley. There's really nothing about her that I can ever fathom even beginning to find attractive.

I like how he showes emotions without even realising it. And if even the half of the leaked beta is true. He truly is my favourite.

Least liked (but still liked): Jacob.
I never wanted to see his reactions to the things I' ve done.

Favorite as a squadmate or a character? xD

For characters, it's a tie between Tali and Legion. (Garrus is second place of course) and my least favorite character of the series is Miranda. I hate her....

For squadmates in combat, I would have to say that grunt has been very helpful to me. He doesn't have any powers to warp people to death or anything, but he survives a long time (especially with his loyalty power), and that is VERY helpful on insanity. Everybody who's played on insanity knows the feeling on the collector ship when you're getting swarmed with husks and both of your teammates go down. To us, they are often just walking targets for the husks to go after something besides you.

As far as my least favorite squadmate goes, that depends. I've had the worst luck with Miranda, mostly because she dies so dang easy, but she does grant health upgrades to the team...

I never use samara, but she is pretty BA

so I'd have to say Jacob. His powers kind of suck, and he dies too easy.

Least favorite: Liara. I didn't hate Liara in the original ME, but I am vehemently opposed to the direction Bioware took her character in Redemption and beyond. I would like to mention that I do not dislike characters experiencing a change in beliefs or personality; far from it. For example, characters like Garrus and Tali grew as individuals when they observed Shepard's actions during the events of the original ME (Garrus became a superb leader and tactician while Tali became more confident and assertive in her actions); these traits are believable and reasonable advances in character development.

But a quiet bookworm with a heart of gold turning into a cold, calculated killer when a non-relative/romantic interest (whose she known for what, a maximum of 6 months tops?) supposedly dies? I find such development a bit far-fetched.

Least favorite: Ugh. Probably Morinth, but that's hardly a vote at all. So Jack. Zero reason to bring her on any mission except her own loyalty mission.

Most favorite: Difficult. Jacob, possibly, because he's the best pullbot and seems like a normal human being.

Yeah, Kaiden was pretty boring...

but he had cool hair. and I love that moment when he yells at Udina and says' "You Bastard, you're selling us out!" 
plus the same guy voiced Scorch in Republic Commando and Carth in KOTOR, so I like his voice. xD 

but yeah you're right about Jacob's body shape. It's really weird.

that reminds me, has anyone noticed that they've changed the figures of most of the characters so that they look more like little-kid action figures with the huge fists, huge feet, buff bodies etc. It looks really... stupid.
