Least Favorite: Jacob. I just never found anything particularly interesting about him or his abilities. At least Miranda's back story was interesting, at least to me.

least liked - Kaidan. Silly romance (we're totally dying in a while, let's go get laid, you make me feel human but maybe that's because... i am human!!!), boring personality and I hate his voice. But I think maybe I'm biased because I hated Carth passionately too.
He also looks like he's sunbathing too much.

Most favourite - Garrus, he's truly a great character, that spawned due to going out of control of BioWare's intentions.
I believe he was meant to be just a typical teammate, but became trademark of the series instead.

As for least favourite, that is not the best way to put it.
OP should ask us about, who is the LEAST USED teammate, and that doesn't imply out of the outset, that it also means him being the least favourite one.

I never use Jacob and Miranda... except beginning of the game and their loyality missions.

Favorite: Thane. He's so suave, and his culture and background are really interesting.

Least Favorite: Jack. "Oh, look at how dark my life is! I'm so edgy and crazy and dark!" With such wonderful writers at Bioware, making characters with such levels of depth, I always just felt like they slapped together a REALLY bad cliche to make Jack, and she doesn't really fit in with the rest of the ME universe. No offense to whoever wrote her.

My favorite characters, as in I was happy to be around them, were Wrex, Zaeed and Mordin because they were entertaining. And Garrus and Jacob because they were bros. And Tali because she gave Shepard the sex. I think the best written and developed characters were Jack, Liara, Thane and Mordin.

My least favorite characters to be around were Miranda, Jack (although she was well-written) and Ashley (although I couldn't kill her because I got the "sister" vibe from her pretty strong, also couldn't romance her for the same reason). The least developed characters (although still phenomonal, because Bioware's characters are all phenomonal) IMO were Tali, Jacob and Zaeed.
