I don't really dislike any of the squadmates, but my "least favorites" are just not as appealing to me as the others.

seriously though
favorites - Kaidan, Garrus, both in terms of gameplay and personality.
least favorite - I don't actually have any. even Zaeed grew on me, though I still don't trust him. I guess I don't like using Tali in ME1 in combat situations if that counts...
