Between entire series so far I can't say just one but if could choose favorites in general... I would say Kasumi, Legion and Joker. Though yes I know technically he is not a squad mate but he is part of my team even if just pilot and did get to play as him for one mission so semi-counts. Oh and I liked Thane too.
Least favorites are Jack is my most disliked she's foul mouthed little nut job whom I want to throw out airlock first chance I get (in fact always tempted to kill her off end of ME2 each and every time). Followed by Jacob who was just so plain and Zaeed.
Not really bothered by rest they are okay to me but nothing special.

Favorite is hard to pick, but it's probably a three-way tie between Jack, Garrus, and Legion.
As for least favorite? Probably Kaiden. I just... don't really like him. Or Jacob, but Jacob has the redeeming quality of having an absolutely hysterical romance with FemShep.

Favourites: Because I'm so original - Garrus. Also Tali, Thane, Legion and Samara.
Least favourite: Jacob. He's a nice guy and all but yes, he was a little boring. Would of been cool to see he and Shep spill some drinks on the Citadel though.

If I had to pick an absolute favorite, it would be Legion.
Least favorite would undoubtedly go to Ashley.
(Animals rights activist, that 'sic your dog on it and run' sh!t doesn't fly with me, no matter how awesome she is in every other regard).

Agreed! The Varren pit on Tuchanka is another thing that really annoys me (distasteful).

Favourite is tough, im a big Garrus fan but I dig Miranda too, especially her character arc in ME2. Least favourite is easy, Tali. She just does nothing for me.

Garrus and Tali are my favorites. They have stuck with me through it all and are truly loyal. Least favorite is Jack. Not only does she have an absolutely horrible power/weapon load out, but she has a horrible personality. Miranda is pretty close, but at least she was useful in combat.

I feel like I'm meant to hate Ashley though, and she is an interesting character to be fair. So I like her concept.
