I ordered the PC collectors edition on the 26th of October and the Xbox 360 version on the 28th. There still is no update to the original confirmation email. The website says no orders as well.
About a day ago I tried going through DigitalRiver.com as they process orders for EAstore. It was working fine for a couple days saying Order in Process. Now today , nada. Neither of my order numbers work at all. It says no such order.
Very frustrating as those two purchases are pretty expensive.
Anyone still having issues with EAstore status? DigitalRiver same deal

It's the same deal for me. As far as EA's websites are concerned my order doesn't exist. I called up customer service and they told me everything was fine though. Now my card has been charged as they prepare to ship, but their site still has no listing for my order.

Same problem. I've just checked and my order no longer appear on EA's website.
