Hello,
I'm
from Brazil and recently bought 1600 Bioware Points through Bioware's
official website using the "Boleto Bancário" method of paying.
The
problem is, even though i paid for the points, the site informs me the
order has failed. I did another order recently (in january 24th) and had
no problems, but then i noticed all my other orders had dissappeared.
Long story short, i've spent more than $ 40 on points i simply didn't
get back.
I want to
receive the points i've paid for or have my money returned. I've already
tried contacting EA official support and they told me the only way to
resolve this situation is talking directly to you guys.
