Obvious flamebait.

Excuse me, I can't understand what you told me cause english isn't my first language... Can you explain me again?

EDIT: Maybe i've understand what you're telling me. I'm not trying to create a flame between Tali and Liara's fans, I was trying to do the most logical choice so I can have the chance to choose Liara of Tali without limitations. I'm not so updated with ME3 news/spoilers so I was asking community to help me with this decision. If I've had time I would make the same path 2 times, making same choices in both but without cheating Liara first and then cheat her with Tali in the second, but I've not so much time to spent  :( on Xbox for long.... Basically I've the problem about Liara's "flag" cause I've already played Shadow DLC without it and modified it later in the game, and the second problem is about the consequencies that those things will have on ME3 plot:

- Will the game think that shep slept with Liara in ME2? Cause I've changet it only late in the game...
- What will (probably) happen in ME3 if I cheat Liara? Maybe there are some news about it...
- Will be romancing Liara in Shadow DLC necessary for completely, or definitely (baddest english :P ever) romancing her in ME3? If the game will not think that Shep slept with her, cause of the late mod...

So I'm not trying to create a flame thread cause there's no opionion between Liara and Tali, the only opinion is about the game's working.

Thanks to anyone will try to help me...

Why not do both and see how the drama unfolds in ME3?

Cause I don't know if the gibbed mod did the trick in first place, so I'm not sure ME3 will import my relation of ME1 and the romance with Liara in ME2 couse i flagged it late in the game after I played the shadow DLC... Then I don't know if consequencies will be too much heavy, cause I don't want to lose Tali and or Liara (as squadmate) or lose the possibility to have the best final with both of them...

What do you think?

I think the game will flag the romance with Liara, mostly because Arrival was ment to (I assume) to be played last, and I'm pretty sure if you remain loyal to your ME1 romance or had the romance scene with Liara,it will be the same

Since you edited a lot from the original post I'm not quite sure what the initial question was but I'll give you a little rundown of how it works.

If you import a ME1 save into ME2 it will check the flags once and only once upon creating the game. It will then import all your decisions. Thus if you import a save with Liara romance you will have a Liara romance in that ME2 save.

If you then change the flags with the save editor those will still count as it doesn't recheck the flags. What you have to do is change the save to "Lived to fight another day" in the raw tab and then import that save as a New Game Plus in Mass Effect 2 and start all over again.

Just changing the flag in an existing Mass Effect 2 save won't do a thing because it already imported all of it when you created the Mass Effect 2 save.

It is not completely true. I red about it in the FAQ of the Gibbed, but I tried to flag the Liara romance in ME1 on a previous save (just before the Shadow) and fought him. Just after the battle Liara kissed Shep and they had sex on the Normandy. So some mod on the ME1 save seems to be possible. I tried to flag a couple of flags of mission I forgot in the last run of ME1, and I met many linked persons on Omega and Illium that there weren't before. Maybe I didn'd understand completely the FAQ, but some on-the-run flagging seems to be possible.

I just have to decide what to do now...

I'll paste a previous post here, maybe this will be enough to explain my doubts:

Do you mean Shadow Broker DLC or Arrival? I haven't played Arrival yet, I'll do it after the suicide mission. Do you think that if a player stay loyal to Liara or romance her in ME2 again will be the same?

Thank you all for the replies!!

Yes, I think it will be the same, but with some minor changes to the dialogue.
