First things first, when did Charlie Sheen become involved? Second, he's stating his opinion based on his findings of today, saying he doesn't "think" which is purely his opinion that she is qualified, yet you jump in on your high horse damning his opinion that "how dare he" voice his concerns about an attractive piece of meat who isn't allowed to review videogames (lawl) and has to read off a teleprompter.
Her voice, in my opinion is monotone and uninteresting; with the addition of uncanny valley she's going to be a very unconvincing addition to the crew.
you clearly didnt see earlier post of his. So please save your defense for the court... thnx <_<
It appears you're another who falls into the same pitfall of prejudging. No skin off my back though.
Listen dudes, feel free to use whatever the hell logic you want. I forgot that it is pointless to try to make sense on the BSN. Good luck dudes.

He stated it himself on multiple occasions, when approached by the fans. Bioware never got in touch with him about reprising the role in ME3. We haven't had an official statement though.

Your narcissism is blaring to say the least, I've been reading the entirety of the thread since the video went live and unfortunetely pre-judging is just a natural reaction, saying that we should all wait until the game has come out to make our own opinions of her talents is foolish especially when she's a "well known" nerd bait in the videogame industry.
Blaming the BSN as a whole based on my demeanor is narrow minded and immature considering I only appear (mostly) around a games launch and sometime afterwards to voice my opinion. DA2 I hung around pretty much from the reveal till a few months after launch, the reason being was that it was an abomination of RPG's with the horrific trends of copy&pasting rooms/removing depth/ridiculous illusion of choice.
There, said my speech, have fun commenting on my comment about my comment not being worthy of commenting on a character/person that is everything wrong with the gaming community today.

To be fair, people have the right to voice their censure and concerns. They absolutely have the right to like or dislike any character or aspect of the game. Just because this is Bioware’s forums, not everyone has to be 100% pleased with every.single.thing. Sycophants can be just as annoying as the haters. If someone is not a fan of an actor, of course they will be concerned about the quality of a character. That being said, voicing complaints and concerns should be done without being insulting and crass.

You just argued my point. Thanks... really.
Atrocity? Really. All because I don’t know her? Do you know her? Let me repeat this bit from up above, it obviously bears repeating. I’m not criticizing her actual voice acting, I never have. I’m concerned about how her lack of experience will affect her voice acting. Again, It. Is. Not. The. Same. Thing.
That is a moot point, because neither am I. I said to that argument point that Chobot was hired by BioWare and given that this is the last game of the series, I am fairly sure they want it to be a success and bad VA arent good for business. Follow the dollar signs and you will find proof that there is just as much reason to be hopeful for her role as you say it is to be pessimistic.
At what point did I declare myself the final judge on qualifications? I was stating my opinions and the reasoning behind them. End of story.

The only qualification you have on this issue is you money, and sad to say, that carries weight, but not enough.
Are you saying there is something more important to a business at the end of the day than making money? Clearly you have never been in business.
Not at all. Plus you are talking to a business major (soon to hold Masters degree), current accountant (hired yesterday, new job yesterday... thanks a ton! been in the industry for years now though. What I am saying is that clearly not nearly as many people hold the same reservations you do regarding Chobot, so the dollars lost there really are insignificant.

The best you can do for BioWare at this point is drop $79 for the CE version out of the millions they WILL make on this game, so I guess that means, your measurement of qualify doesn't... wait for it... qualify?
Are you implying I want BioWare to fail or to succeed? I’ve already preordered the game (x2) and, as stated earlier, I have no intention of canceling. Also, I have no idea what a measurement of qualify is. I’ll assume you mean quality. For the third time, I’ll say this: I’m not criticizing her actual voice acting, I never have. I’m concerned about how her lack of experience will affect her voice acting. You admit initially my point is fair, but then argue it to death. I have no idea why you have appointed your self Chobot's champion or why, of all the vitrol spewing hate-mongers in the thread you decided to take offense at me, but I think I've been feeding a troll.
No, truthfully I just quoted your initial response and indeed it is intended for those spewing such hate for her. I have already said I was not a Chobot champion, my position comes from principle. It could be Chobot or anyone who is super harshly criticized because this is their first time doing something. So much fail in that logic. I say your point of view is fair, because it is. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and however they want to feel about something. But as you have an opinion, so do I and since this is a free speech zone, I have just exercised it.
aaaandd.... *sigh* why is that when someone runs out of argument, they call the other person with whom they are arguing a troll?
That word is thrown around so much these days.
