I hope you didn't read that as September 3, 2012 because if you did then no. Your wrong. It is however the release date for Mass Effect 3 in EEuroope. That's why the date is different looking from the one it the U.S.

In Europe, they list dates as "Day - Month - Year" instead of the North American way of "Month- Day -Year".

Edit: Having said that looking forward to this game even more and it was good to hear Martin Sheens voice once again, i'd truely laugh if Charlie Sheen was Kai Leng.
