I do very much hate to be a Negative Nelly, but without any evidence of skill (or lack thereof) in VA work this kind of smacks of stunt casting. I'm not especially keen on the Chobot/Allers thing.

Really?  I thought it was really pacey and exciting.  It felt like reveal after reveal, and the cast all seemed really excited about the project.
