So far only the human characters look off. Liara looks like Jillian Murray and Samara looks like the person she was scanned after.Badpie wrote...
I find it kind of weird when they try to emulate a person exactly. Or maybe they're not trying, which makes me wonder what the point is of even scanning someone like Chobot. A recognizable face is never going to look right I think. And the artistic team will tweak the faces definitely, which makes me wonder why bother using one so prominent?
Chobot is an attractive woman and yet her scan looks like Snooki. Same with Miranda. Yvonne S is a stunning woman and Miranda is pretty enough, sure - but I think she would have been prettier if we hadn't known who she was supposed to look like? Knowing what they're based off of really gives it the weird uncanny valley vibe, whereas characters like Ashley, Jack, Kaidan, Kelly, and various others who were probably scanned look normal to us. That's because we haven't really seen their face models. We don't register that they don't look exactly like those people (which I'm sure they don't) and therefore look weird.

Well yes, but they're blue and have head dealies. Haha. They obviously weren't trying trying to make those characters look exactly like the women they scanned. It's not as jarring with the alien faces because they look different anyway.

I vote for more breasts. In fact, I think ALL the women need to wear low cut outfits and high heels. Dr. Chakwas, Kelly, Tali, Ashley....all of them. Breasts abound!
What is this. I dont even.

Sarcasm, my good sir. Or, better yet, pointed sarcasm directed at the
people who worry about objectification of people (and aliens) in science
fiction video games.

I'm sure there's quite a few sets of breasts among the cast. As well as a few peni, I imagine.

We can say this about Chobot: At least she's not Olivia Munn.
Kind of sad that this was my exact thought when I first saw Chobot in the game, lmfao.
I'm more bothered by the creepy dead eyes everyone has so far, though.

Are you guys joking? Half of the reporters I see here on summertime are wearing not too dissimilar outfits from the one Chobot is. And they are good professionals.Xeranx wrote...
The funny thing is, and I'm glad you quoted yourself as well, is that you made the comment on attractiveness. Nashkital has repeatedly said that attractiveness was not his focal point. It was professionalism. You made the point about a woman being fat and that no one wants to see her scantily clad. What this says to me is that you know that Allers outfit is meant to titillate and you want it to remain that way for that very reason. So why is it that people who ask for a certain amount of professionalism have to defend themselves to people who misrepresent their positions.
Hell, the real Chobot wears such outfits from time to time.

Define "not too dissimilar" please because when I read that I think you're saying they're within the same town, but a few miles down the road. I don't recall seeing any female journalist wearing anything like Allers is wearing on their correspondent reports in the summer. Notice that Aller's clothing hugs her form. It draws a lot more attention to what her body looks like much like Miranda's clothing did. It does not depict someone who is serious about her job who's trying to keep cool in the summer as you asset.
Also, we are talking about a woman created by Bioware (who created Miranda) and dressed her the way they did because men would be turned off if she was dressed in a manner that said she is sexy, but doesn't let her body do the talking for her.
As an aside, I'm wondering how long you searched for this 4-day old post.

Geth are enemies regardless of what you do on Legion's loyalty mission. I'm not too sure about the rachni though.Belhawk wrote...
i am disappointed that BW made both the geth & rachni enemies. I was looking forward to having them as allies. Currently, i am redoing ME1, and i killed the rachni queen instead of saving her because she is becoming my enemy. I will do the same for the geth too.
