Pretty much this. Whenever people whine and complain on this thread, something awesome usually comes close behind it(Multiplayer( looking to be pretty entertaining), EDI(Hilariously awesome), spoilers about Jacob(A-frickin-mazing). I love me some rage on these forums!GHOST OF FRUITY wrote...

Hmm, I don't know. That's kind of too weird for me. Mainly because I've been watching her on IGN for years. So romancing her period, and doing so as a chick...
I was kind of hoping the next lesbian option would be someone not Chobot. I'm too used too seeing the real version of her.

This is what I'm talking about. How can you say you don't care one way or the other and then compare her to a hooker for wearing a tank top. Its a shirt. The world's falling apart, there are things you can really get worked up over, not a video game character wearing a shirt that practically the whole world owns.

But its cool. Vega kind of looks equally trashy, with his incredibly tight shirt and bulging muscles popping out the sleeves. But even trashy looking people can have awesome personalities, so hopefully she'll add up.
I'm just worried Chobalt is going to be a bit of a gimmick, and her VA skills won't hold up. But we'll see.

Seems unprofessional and impractical. Not that Samara's high heels were better suited, but I just think that Diana's just stretching it at this point. A tank top is what you'd be more suited wearing at home or in private quarters, not at work. Not if you're a journalist, at least. All I'd want, is something classier, that's all. But hey, don't let my opinion get in the way of you having a sugary sweet day. Maybe it will fit with her overal personality. Too early to tell yet.

Her character design, based on who her VA is, seems strictly made for the guys as far as I can tell. Not to say there aren't pockets of ladies who watch IGN - though the programming on there isn't really lady friendly.
Vega seems to be designed and marketted for straight ladies, weirdly enough - but I mean, we already have Kaiden (Soft), Garrus( ALIEN), Thane(Seductive), Liara (Intelligent), Jacob (HAWT). I think Freddie Prinze's attachment adds that dimension. And really, there aren't any beefcakes in the team. Its a nice change. I also quite like that he's representing latinos - we need more strong and positive latino characters.
But I would love a soft butch. There have been a few lesbian options, but they are almost always typically femme. I'm ready for soft butch.

You don't know exactly the situation at all or where they were. Hell even Emily Wong had a rather 'non classy' outfit when compared to the tank top. Although I'm assuming you want her to wear a freaking dress all the time on a military ship. I seriously doubt war reporters necessarily dress the best they could.

Because no one in the military wears tank tops?

Unless she's actually flaunting her breasts then she's just some woman in a shirt.
