SirPetrakus wrote...Don't really have a gripe, nor verdict till I actually get to interact with her. Only thing that bothers me is the outfit. Seriously, I've seen some h****rs that dress classier than that and trust me, she isn't dressed for flexibility in the battlefield. She's just flaunting the goods. Not that showing what you got is bad, just that there are better ways you can go at it. Samara does come to mind ...
This is what I'm talking about. How can you say you don't care one way or the other and then compare her to a hooker for wearing a tank top. Its a shirt. The world's falling apart, there are things you can really get worked up over, not a video game character wearing a shirt that practically the whole world owns.
Seems unprofessional and impractical. Not that Samara's high heels were better suited, but I just think that Diana's just stretching it at this point. A tank top is what you'd be more suited wearing at home or in private quarters, not at work. Not if you're a journalist, at least. All I'd want, is something classier, that's all. But hey, don't let my opinion get in the way of you having a sugary sweet day. Maybe it will fit with her overal personality. Too early to tell yet.
Because no one in the military wears tank tops?
Unless she's actually flaunting her breasts then she's just some woman in a shirt.

Those tank tops look pretty damn lame.
Well I'm pretty sure these guys are Spetsnaz so I wouldn't tell them that unless they were tied to a chair in a burning building and I was on a scrambled phone call from a hut in a tribal region in Africa.

I knew they were Spetsnaz but your precautions aren't enough. I would simply pay off someone to tell them and then use a Death Ray to obliterate them. Millions may die but at least I insulted them, and that is what really matters.

You don't know exactly the situation at all or where they were. Hell even Emily Wong had a rather 'non classy' outfit when compared to the tank top. Although I'm assuming you want her to wear a freaking dress all the time on a military ship. I seriously doubt war reporters necessarily dress the best they could.
That's true, I don't. Like I said, if it's in her private quarters, she can wear what she wants. I hardly even remember what Emily Wong wore at this points. I saw her a total of what? 2 times in two games? If so, I probably thought it was rather inappropriate for someone of her standing and then dismissed it. Don't really care if she wears a dress. Wouldn't fit in terms of practicality in an alliance vessel. Compare what Diana is wearing to what, say, I dunno, Christiane Amanpour did when she was covering wars. I'm not saying she has to dress exactly like that. Just something classier than this.

OK, first of all, Mother Russia! Secondly, it does seem like she's flaunting them. To me at least. But, like I said, my opinion. All I wanted of her is to see her in something classier. Sometimes you can show alot without showing anything.
Sorry if I'm offending both of you guys, but that's sincerely my view on said subject.

actually no you didnt. i double checked and you yourself also posted a spoiler in the opening post.
Page 2. As for the so-called spoiler in the OP (the fact that she's a reporter) that's already common knowledge. Either way it seems you spread misinformation so my advice would be to just move on.But I would ask that you please refrain from direct spoilers. If you know something we don't you can streer conversation away from outlandish direction indirectly. But don't just go "no actually snape kills dumbledore lolol"

As tough as the Russian military is, the history of the KGB/Spetsnaz and the FSB has never been up to snuff when it comes to intelligence. I could be calling from Kosovo and they wouldn't find out until next November. Once they find you though, they might gut you with a spork though.

You're not offending, you're perplexing. I don't see her flaunting, but she's just a normal journalist. What would you expect her to wear? Other than a tank top the only thing I can see her wearing would be a t-shirt. Anything other than that would be over dressing for a war reporter.

Well, to be quite frank, that's not a tank top she's wearing. In a different pic, you can see it's basically what amounts to a tight, latex short dress. Hence the "classier" remark. Now, call me predisposed, but I don't think that's the defacto dress code for when in an alliance warship. See here.

If she's an Alliance reporter than she could be a serviceman and not a civilian. If Vega gets to wear a t-shirt and Shepard can wear a hoodie, than why can't she wear a tanktop?

Well in America and Canada the majority of War Correspondents aren't military affiliated so for me there isn't much reason to think there is. But if she is, there are women in the military who do dress like that at their camp.

What would have made no sense for her would be for her to be in any kind of uniform since she isn't an officer of any kind.

Most dresses in ME look like freaking latex when its very likely they aren't. Its the way the stupid game engine is.
She could wear a dress then change clothes afterwards since its possible she just got on the Normandy.

OH! you have my apologies. I did not see that picture before. YEs, this tight dress is impractical and looks ridiculous on her. You have my sincere apologies. From the pic in the OP I assumed it was a tank top with maybe some bdu's or regular pants of some sort. But this plasticy dress that's way too tight witht the alliance logo to boot is too much for me to believe. I don't even know why the alliance logo would be on a dress that isn't a military formal dress. This is kind of tacky now that I'm looking at it.
