Then by all means, use it to support your case. Just do the handy text-hidey thing.
I'll do that.
Nah, the politics are mostly the same. And, you know, getting shot can still kill you.
I'm fairly sure the political powers are different in a galaxy of 10 plus races, but as you wish.
I'm also fairly sure that a kinetic barrier solves the problem of needing to wear armor...on the Normandy...which is where Chobot resides for the game....just like Kelly...who didn't have armor...or a kinetic barrier from what we can see...because she wasn't going into combat.
So in battle, we lob artichokes at each other? I wonder what the mods are for an artichoke gun...
Chobot ain't going into battle. She isn't a squad mate. I can't make it any more clear than that.
Hey, and I've got no problem if she wears a sporty dress like that in her spare time. But you don't plunge deep into enemy territory without wearing some sort of protection.
Oddly, that works on multiple levels.
See above.
Khalisa was, but Emily's dress had some huge-ass skinholes cut in it. And don't ever think Mass Effect's above cheap sex appeal, for I can totally spam images of Jacob/Miranda's ass.
You are correct. By which matter, Chobot is far "better" dressed and proportioned than the other two reporters (to which standard I hold her up to).
But if you'd like to use the Jacob/Miranda argument: that doesn't really help your case, because Jacob and Miranda are both agents who ACTUALLY go into combat BUT DON'T wear armor...because their kinetic barriers protect them.
Look, if you're going to harp on Chobot for not being dressed in some kind of armor, then you have to be willing to harp on ALL of the Normandy's crew for not wearing armor. Including Shepard and his "casual" gear.
So where do you want to start? Bashing BW for not allowing Shepard to wear armor onboard the SR2, or starting at the bottom with people like Adams?
