Have Bioware confirmed that Kelly will or will not be a viable love interest in ME3? I ask because my import save has Miranda as my current romance, on the idea that there will be carryover plotwise from ME2. However, if Kelly is a legit option in 3, I would like to know so I can import that in instead.

Kelly is confirmed to be returning in Mass Effect 3, I will imagine that like all other love interests, the relationship will continue if you import said save.

Well...the trick with ME2 is that Kelly was kind of an afterthought that didn't really affect things. I'm presuming that any LI has some sort of climactic story arc/resolution. I'm trying to figure out if Kelly would have the same approach that BW would give Miranda or Garrus or any of the more major figures. If not, then I will just stick with Miranda.

Kelly is in ME3, and yes, you can continue to pursue a relationship with her... sort of.

Arcian, can you expand on this? I'm generally trying to stay spoiler-free, but (as explained above) this is one thing that I want to know before I begin my playthrough. It's the only meta bit of knowledge I want going in.

Kelly is in ME3. She wont be back in the Normandy. She will have a few memorable scenes.
As for relationships? I believe so... But didnt see any confirmation yet about it.

What are you talking about? She's back on the Normandy. The entire crew from the first two games are back this time from my knowledge

From what I understand, you can continue relationship with Kelly, but she's not joining the Normandy crew, so it'll mostly be a long distance, talk via comm link sort of thing.

And Kelly does NOT spread scale itch, ffs.
Control freak like Timmy wouldn't personally handpick a pan-galactic skank to ensue mental health of the crew is sound. Silly people.

Thanks for the head's up, all, and *very* happy to hear that Kelly and I can continue our romp into ME3. Now to reinstall ME2 and redownload all the DLC so I can access the save and amend it...
