Worst character introduction to Mass Effect so far, the game website Sticktwiddlers got it exactly right when they labelled Dianna as "nerdbait".

If any Bioware guys read this you seem nice it's not a personal attack but you've let EA turn this game and your company into a commercial: rushed development, staggered degressions of sequels and e-celeb cameos.

I wish this was DLC so it meant I never have to see Jessica Chobot in a series I love so much.

So Bioware went from having appearances from legitimate sci fi icon like Marina Sirtis and Michael Dorn, to Jessica Chobot and Freddie Prince Jr.? And don't forget the Felicia Day they threw in between. Hey Bioware! Stop trying to make us see how cool you are by putting video game d-list internet celebrities and get some actual ACTORS we care about. How about some Mark Hamill or Brent Spiner. You know, people the sci fi community actually knows.

PS: I like how in the voice cast promotional video Freddie prince Jr. though it was amazing to have choices in games. When's the last time he played one, 1995?

Quite often.  All I have to do is look at my circle of friends. 

You have a narrow view of the world if you think ugly women are the only ones who play games like Mass Effect.  A narrow, narrow view.

Most people won't know who it's supposed to look like anyway.

I really don't understand why bioware keeps trying put to real faces into their games. They're not good at it, at least not when it comes to females. Sheploo is good, but Miranda, Diana, that elf chick from the DA2 DLC, they all looked weird. At a certain point they should just cut their losses.

Anyhow, skepticism (is that even a word?) aside, I agree that they have done a nice job on the character, but the... facial capture seems... unnatural. I don't know what. Sometimes it works, other times it does not. Miranda's DK Mode face needs to be fixed and perhaps with a bit more tweaking on Diana's face and.. problem solved. It looks... like a cut and paste job. Heh.

Bioware is turning into the Team Ninja of west in this department. Wouldnt be surprised if the next ME title is called Mass Effect: Virmire Beach Volleyball.

Let's not overexaggerate and compare BioWare to Team Ninja.

Thats where it's heading in terms of females, theyre going way overboard with the sexualization and fan baiting with T&A, just my opinion...
