1) Nature Of Problem:
First time start authentication error: "awc.dll Load Failed"

2) Problem Start:
First Time Start Game after Install

3) Where Does Problem Occur?:
First Star Game...Can not continue..game will not launch

4) Problem Replication Steps:
Click "Play" and error occurs..game will not launch due to *awc.dll Load Failed*

5) Game Modification:
Only Game Modifications:
Patch 1.02 and downloaded the 5 Cerberus Official DLC Content
No save editors

Thanks mcsupersport. After 26 hours and 4 re-installs I figured it out. Have Adobe CS4 and it is all ways updating at the worst times...thought that was the issue.

Never could get the Amazon download to work right...went and got ME2 through Steam..all is well...
