Big Trouble in Little China is one of the best movies of all time! That is one of those movies that lets you know if people have a good sense of humor or not.

Not one of the movies Seagloom mentioned is a "bad movie" by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, a number of them are classics.
Then clearly I've been paying attention to the wrong people. I have seen Labyrinth and Super Mario Bros catch a tremendous amount of flak over the years. The first Naked Gun movie doesn't get much criticism, but the sequels definitely do. John Cusack has personally derided Better Off Dead. Outside a cult following of fans I met, few disagree with him. Howard the Duck was a critical and commercial flop. I do not know anyone who wasn't a kid when it debuted that considers it good. Anything Albert Pyun touches is seen as tripe.
In the context of this thread I define bad as what a majority of people have said is bad over the years. I have never heard any of these movies referred to as classics. Trash, garbage, flawed, amateurish, and yes, even bad, I have heard.
Realistically there is no good objective criteria to follow here. I could go based on budget but there are movies such as Transformers that fly in the face of that. The same applies to directing and acting.
The few movies that might be considered bad by everyone barely have visibility to begin with. Most of what aired on Mystery Science Theater 3000, for instance. I sure as hell never encountered the likes of Manos: Hands of Fate in the normal course of film watching.

Whatever you may think of Manos, it had some of the catchiest theme music I've ever heard.

Aww come on, Giner Snaps isn't a bad movie. It's terrible, but I still love all three of them.

Even if I'm not a Van Damme fan, Street Fighter had Ming Na and they got Bison's outfit perfect.

Ming Na looked awesome in the Chun Li outfit. She's also a big reason i like the movie One Night Stand which is actually a good movie with great plot twists but most remember it for her playing a nympho XD

Changed my mind. It's a very good film.
Bad film. Meet The Feebles by Peter Jackson of LoTR fame.

Don't really have any of those. If movie is a bad one, that makes me feel sorry for the actors in it, then I can't watch it since I just keep covering my face with a pillow or something. I can't enjoy bad movies.

Nope, I have hard time enjoying that kind of "humor" nowadays.
