She looks more like a female Hawke than a female Shepard to me. Don't take that the wrong way, the facial model just seems stylistically inconsistent with the rest of the game's visual style.

I'm planning to use default femshep when I get around to doing Action Mode to see what those decisions are. Now I'm pretty excited to do it!

Edit: Also the Alliance dress uniform thing looks pretty hot. XD Can't wait to see what my custom femshep looks like in ME3.
