I think because the marketing team wants to market all the more general public known voice actors in the batch to attempt to attract new fans. A lot of the actors for the game are almost never in these interviews, Raphael Sbarge, Kimberly Brooks, Ali Hllis, Brandon Keener, Ash Sroka. Major fan favorites, Garrus and Tali's voice actors are almost never interviewed! Hale I think was in it because she is a recognizable name across the game and cartoon industry.
The only big name missing from this last interview was Yvonne and I think that was on purpose, because Miranda and a handful of other characters seem to be under lock down.

Miranda is almost certainly an enemy in ME3. Or some kinda plot twist...

Don't mean to sound like a ****** but Mark and I talk sometimes on Twitter, and partly because he lives in Canada while the other voice actors mostly reside and/or shoot ME3 vids are in California, he is often not in these videos. For example, the newest voice actors reveal video.

Cuz Mark Meer is too cool to be in some video. If they made a video about him and ME then it would take 9001 years to finish.
