I know Kaidan was greek, but why is all the Normandy American and Canadian? Do people in Mass Effect even have accents anymore? If London is a visitable city, will they have American accents?

They'll have the accents of the people in the location where dubbing took place, which is Canada and LA.
Or somewhere in Russia if you bought the Russian version. Or wherever and whatever else.

I bet most of the sales for the game are in North America so it makes sensed that the characters would be relatable to a North American audience. No offense to anyone outside of the North America but NA is the biggest market for this game.
