There is no listing for Dragon Age on the official BioWare support site and on the EA site it won't let me e-mail the mother effers about my UPC code not being accepted for The Edge special weapon. Who do I have to e-mail or call about this? I would really like to get this special weapon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont think there is any customer service. Otherwise I think someone here might have spoken up on the matter already. Bugs galore in the core game and they want to make more DLC and hide our patch in it.

Yes please, tell us who did you PM? I have been waiting 2 weeks for EA to reply to a support request about a missing code without joy. If you didn't want to give away the exact person for some reason give us an idea - a mod from this board, one from the EA boards etc?
