I don't know enough about ME3 to guess.

I like crowd control, so I roll vanguard and take Garrus and Miranda most of the time.

And for ME1 it's Liara and Kaiden.

I will be playing Adept in ME1, 2 and 3.

So my dream team is something like this.

ME1: Ashley and Garrus.

ME2: Garrus and Grunt.

ME3: Probably Ashley and Garrus again.

For ME2 I mostly took Miranda and Grunt everywhere. Grunt because he's a tank, and Miranda because Warp + Overload made her perfect for every situation.

In ME3, based on what I've seen, I think I'll probably stick with Kaiden or Liara and Garrus or Vega. But we'll see.

Well throughout the first two games I have never had a standard go to squad. I have always tried to use squadmembers based on who the makes the most sense to bring story and combat wise.

this i went for combat usefulness not how i liked them although i really liked grunt, and i'll just have to wait and see for me3.

Pretty much unstoppable.

I'll keep it that way in ME3 - since Wrex is not available, I'll pick another mixed biotic for his role. Prothy?

Depends on who you like I guess. For me it's Team Dextro or Garrus and Liara or Garrus and Prothy, at least in ME3 it will be.

I would kill to have Admiral Anderson as a permanent squadmate. Given his promotion, I highly doubt that he is still Councillor (particularly given that Udina is the "canon" representative). I just love Anderson's character (at least in the games - I've not touched the books), and Keith David is, hands down, my favourite voice actor.
