Am a diehard Infiltrator, suits me perfectly...as for the team:

ME1: Garrus and Kaidan

ME2: Team Sniper with Shadowed roaming Kasumi...so always either Garrus (Sheps bro), but I also love Thane and Legion.

ME3: Kasumi, Garrus, Legion and Thane.

I rarely use a biotic in ME2 and I doubt I will in ME3 - since they made biotics completely ****ing useless in both.

ME1 however - I'd have used more biotics if I couldn't infini-fire my guns.

ME 3: Possibly Vega or Ashley, and the DLC character/Garrus.

Adept ME 1, ME 2 Adept, Sentinel, and Vanguard.  Just did my first Adept on Insanity in over a year, god awful to play still.  

I can't speculate what to do until I actually have the game on my screen.

Who is the DLC character I wonder...Everyone says its a Prothean which would be nice; and realistic to the series (in a sense)...But I'd be more inclined to believe its Nhilius's brother or something.

Would be interesting to see that Nhilus had a Biotic capable brother.  Would also be nice to finally see the Turian Cabal. 

No, the secret characters apparently have their stats listed in the Squad Power evolution topic.

In ME2, Mordin and Miranda (I'd say Mordin and Legion, but I can't use it a lot)
In ME3, I guess it's Garrus and spoiler squadmate 2.
If I consider a dream team of the ME IP, it'll be Wrex and Legion.

Mine are my Three Man Wrecking Crew:

Vanguard Shep (warp ammo), Grunt (inferno), Zaeed (Heavy Disruptor)

Soldier Shep (warp ammo), Garrus (tungsten), Zaeed (Heavy Disruptor), and/or Thane, Grunt

ME1 was usually Soldier Shep, Garrus, and Kaiden, Ash, or Wrex

Nobody slays Geth Primes or Scions quicker than my ME2 Wrecking Crew though.

I always had two interesting aliens. Of course, I can only think of one interesting alien on the new squad, at least of the characters we know so far.

In ME1 I rolled Wrex and Garrus
In ME2 I rolled Thane and Grunt (Watch that CG trailer)
I have no clue what I'm going to do for ME3.

ME1: Soldier, Garrus & Wrex
ME2: Soldier, Garrus & Grunt
ME3: Soldier, Garrus & Vega or Spoiler Squadmate 2

ME2: Grunt & Legion/Miranda

ME3: Probably Vega & Liara

Notes: Wrex is the best tank (defensive) and offensive character in the squad. ever. bar non. Liara's the best crowd controller in the game as her biotics are stronger than kaidan's and biotics were way more overpowered read: useful than tech in ME1.

As for Grunt he can stand in for Wrex pretty well on the tank side but his damage output isn't nearly as strong as Wrex or the other characters... less his biotics. Legion is the best offensive character in ME2 in my opinon given his weapon proficiencies combined with geth shield boost make him even more deadly than Zaeed, imo. Miranda had the the most useful power combination and she was also damn hard to kill so she's my go-to in ME2 pre Legion.

As for ME3 Vega is probably a step up from Grunt in terms of damage but probably a step down in terms of survivability... I can't see him being bested until more characters are revealed. Liara has stasis, warp, singularity & warp-ammo... so she's even more overpowered than Miranda was and I can't see much use for techs in ME3.

The most rediculously overpowered dream squad. ever:

Solider: Grunt
Infiltrator: Garrus
Engineer: Legion
Sentinel: Miranda
Adept: Liara
Vanguard: Wrex

My death squad in ME1 was my adept, liara, and wrex. Absolute biotic control.

In ME2[Infiltrator], Miranda and Thane with double warp can be deadly against armored organics. However, I'd replace thane with Morinth to make my squad nearly invincible. Miranda has warp/overload, and Morinth provides Dominate for organics and I provide AI hacking for robots with my Infiltrator. Cannot be beaten.
