Just curious what people want from my Oni

I've almost recreated the guy better than my original one, and he's a nice tubby Ogre based monster. However, I'm considering hooking him up to the a_ba base animations so he can use all sorts of weapons, rather than just the usual ones the Ogres use

Any opinion if I should keep the monstrous ogre stance, or go for full animations?

EDIT: Also, Amethyst has some nice stuff you should look at on the last page while I'm not being a first page sniper

IMO, Oni are more intelligent and sophisticated than ogres, they should reflect that in their stance. If you can get the a_ba super looking good, that would be better. Just my thoughts, though. I'll like whatever you do =)

There are ten in all: Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, Courage, Health, Knowledge, Serenity, Strength, and Wisdom.

I could have gone for more, but I figured ten would offer enough variety for now.

Nah.  Those aren't included this month.  They're previously existing content (just not publicly released).  Although I'll likely end up remaking them from scratch to make them use animations similar to those in the upcoming tessen fans.

BTW on the fans are they marked for monks to get an attack bonus?

Hmmm, not sure what you mean, Oni-elf-girl.

They are take-offs of the kama and require either the Exotic Weapon Proficiancy or Monk Weapon Proficiancy feats to wield.

I don't know where the attack bonus you're speaking of comes in, so I don't know if they'll have them.

Things that are different from the Kama:

Do both slash and pierce damage with slash and stab anims.
AC bonus type is shield instead of deflection
Added the FX_Node (found on the heavy flail). Not sure what it's used for, but I suspect it's an attachment point for a weapon fx)

Other than that (and the model/icons), it's a kama.

Still not too happy with any of my creature models so I'm going to convert the lanterns to torches and knock down the poly count a bit... then at least I've got something to submit if I end up not being able to fix up the creature models to a decent standard.
