Aye, feedback makes us better - I wonder if we can get copies of the readers' notes for our stories somehow.

Oh that would be awesome, but I'm afraid it's also probably too much to hope for.

I'm honestly so happy for you. Like truly, genuinely happy for you to the point where I'm almost in a similar drunken, stupor of excitement. I would absolutely love to read your story if you'd be willing to share it.

Thank you, I appreciate that! My coworkers are having to put up with a big stupid grin on two legs at the moment :)
And I am willing to share it, but I've actually just got it as a doc on my laptop at home so I won't be able to post it anywhere until I have access to it. But if BioWare doesn't have plans on posting the entries anywhere, I'll definitely share with anyone that's interested :D
(And I'm super stoked that there are already links to other entries, thanks so much for sharing with us. I can't wait until I get a chance to do some fun reading!)

x) I don't think they're going to publicly post the entries (though, I could be wrong), but I would be definitely up for reading it in an attached email even or something like that: raydunning@gmail.com

:DDD I honestly cannot WAIT to read the entries that the finalists would be willing to share. I've already finished the two that have been linked and need more of my Dragon Age crack. :P

Congrats Kilyra (I can't wait to read your story!) and to everyone else who made the top 5, the top 20, or who spent hours perfecting their entries. I still can't believe I made the top 20  and have spent the entire afternoon gambolling about my kitchen and squealing. :o

Thank you, BioWare, for hosting this and I sincerely hope that there are more fiction contests in the future!

Here's the link to my story for anyone interested: www.fanfiction.net/s/7752454/1/Atonement

Sweet! Man I'm so out of the loop, thanks for letting me know. Once I have access to my story I'll make sure to add :)

Congrats Kilyra, you deserve it!

Heck, since the Bioware guys think highly enough of your work, maybe I should be asking you to give a read over of my non-DA stuff for some feedback. ;)

(Just kiddin', I wouldn't do that to you.)

Congrats Kilyra, have fun talking with David. If you are allowed to post your conversation with him I'm sure a lot of us would like to hear what he has to say.

I've posted mine as well.  I've got to say, seeing my name in the top 20 pretty much made my day month.  Thanks again to everyone at Bioware, and congratulations to everyone - I've really enjoyed the stories I've read so far!

Beware, we will all sent you PN with things like: "Oh please ask David this and that and tell him I love him and want to have his babies!" I think I'm glad I didn't place first, I wouldn't even be able to get one word out of my mouth since everything would just sound stupid. No pressure though. :o

Though I really could have needed a new mouse...

So many congratulations to the top twenty, the top five, and Kilyra!

I'm glad I entered, even though I didn't place. I learned a great deal, and took a big step personally. Everyone should be proud of themselves, no matter what happened!

If anyone would like to read my entry, it's here: http://alchemyandpro.../02/desire.html

Wow -- congrats everyone! These are some really great pieces, and I'm glad people are sharing them. :)

I also really want to thank Bioware and all the writers and staff who took the time to read so many entries. There were a lot to get through, and you guys really went above and beyond to support all of us fanwriters, even expanding out the final list to twenty and then sharing it with us. Many, many kudos. And thank you again for letting us play a while in the world that you've built for us. :)

If anyone wants mine for any reason, it's up here: http://archiveofouro...rg/works/331501

Congratulations to the winners and congrats to Bethadots, Scary Lady and Firky!

Thankyou. Congrats to you lot as well. Would now be the time to tell you, ColorMeSuprised, that your username has a typo in it? PS. Sorry had to be done. I'm Aussie and, you know, cutting down tall poppies is what we do. ;)

Also, honoured as I am to be in the top 20, looks like I'm going to have to get my husband to dress up as David Gaider and Skype me from the other room, after all. Never mind.

PS. To the winner, ask DG to write a short story! He said he would ages ago, on Twitter.

Edit: Also, others. Put your link in the thread! http://social.biowar...7/index/8964153

No, no, it's alright. I knew that.

No changing it though. I tried to find a way, but there is none so I have to live with that cursed mistake. But I'm glad the BW staff wrote it right when announcing the winners...

:P That sucks, man. If its any consolation, I read it correctly many, many times before I realised. Also, there's a username around here that misspells a Bio-main-character. That's way worse.

I LOVE the spider-imagery in there, very well thought-out and cleverly done! Works really well as a motif taking you all the way through the story. And I definitely got a "Cullen" vibe from the younger templar! Great story, well worthy of winning!

Kilyra I got to say you have a way with words. I like how you have a more moderate Templar, there were so few of them as of late. Once again congrats.
