Of course. But there's a difference between slapping pictures from Hong Kong to fill up space of Citadel's futuristic city, and taking pics of Paris to do that lol. And this architecture is right on the forefront of the concept, not hidden/modified.

It's the Citadel.  It has the arms and everything.  It's not that hard to believe they took inspiration from Paris for the buildings.

That would actually be friggin epic.

I like the idea of Kai Leng becoming Shepard's nemesis with his own Normandy SR2 (of course his Normandy would have a different name).

Shepard and Leng are both N7 operatives.
Shepard and Leng both were among Cerberus' strongest recruits.
Shepard and Leng are both pretty over-powered.
Shepard and Leng are both pretty awesome.

Yes, but Kai's Normandy will be filled with cereal.

Actually, that looks like Shep's N7 armor.

But the helmet is completely different.

However, if you look at the aquarium on the left... they're all snakes or eels. it looks kinda creepy. I don't think Shepard would put such creepy fish in his aquarium (unless he's a complete Renegade, lol).


Maybe this is SHEPARD infiltrating LENG's Normandy?

I imagine Parisian buildings simply provided inspiration for the buildings on the Ward arms. Due to the low atmosphere height above the wards, most buildings would be the same height, excluding the odd skyscraper. Many areas of Paris of full of buildings of the same height, so it was probably a suitable skyline from which to start designing sketches.

The upwarding bending at the end, and the two slanted sections to the side, very strongly suggest that it is the Citadel.
