I believe the marketplace updates at around 530 AM EST.
That's when all of the cod map packs, etc are posted, as that's when I've waited and seen them put up. So I'd expect then.

In my experience demos hit xboxlive between 3 and 6 am est. Also, sometimes new ones aren't listed under "new" right away but you can find them if you browse by Game Title.
