Iw as thinking it was a "how has your headcanon differentiated or been similar to the game" but it's a meme based on pictures.

It's not really a meme. People send in thier headcanon's to the tumblr and who ever runs the blog makes images out of them. I think they are fun seeing how fill in the gaps with thier own ideas.

This is incredible. 

When I saw the topic I thought it read 'head cannon', I was so looking forward to seeing elcor striding across the battlefield shooting Reapers with their skull-mounted guns. 

But on topic: most of mine would have to do with Shep's preservice history and tater training, depending on the background, since the game never really gives us an idea of their early life before about 29 years old.

In my head canon for my renegade FemShep playthrough, two ME squadmates have been involved with each other since shortly after Shepard's death, one is alien, one is human, neither them were squaddies in ME2 and Liara isn't one of them...

Garrus got so ****faced after Shepard's memorial that they had to carry him back to his apartment. Ash was staying with Garrus, he insisted she stay in his room whilst he slept on the sofa. After they put an unconcious Garrus on the sofa (his head over the edge with a bowl underneath it) Ash persuaded Wrex to spend the night with her.
Wrex left some of his armour on the floor of the living area and the next morning Garrus woke up feeling like a yet to be "born" tankbred krogan was dancing inside his head, he ended up puking on Wrex's armour.

My personal headcanon is a bit too intricate and complicated to be expressed in detail but here are the main points.

-Spacer
-Father is a vet if first contact war, there is a sizable age gap between his parents. Father was a prisoner for five years in Turian prison cell. Got out, got rehab, became a notoriously ruthless officer (but was still a good father off-duty).
-enlisted, recruited to N7 training before even completing basic, prodigal level skill in tactical planning and infiltration.
-Elsyium happened. Lost first wife.
-Spent a year after sticking god only knows what in his arm. Let and married second/rebound wife.
-Got found by an officer, got cleaned up and sent into combat again.
-Divorced second wife a week before Shipping out on Normandy.
-ME starts, he is mostly a paragon.

or so on and so forth.

Grunt and Zaeed (btw, that knitting thing is real. There are pictures, so it happened) get into a drinking contest the night before the suicide mission. Jack finds out and then schools them both.

The next morning Tali comes down to Engineering to find Grunt and Zaeed passed out and posed suggestively near the drive core. Jack is conspicuously missing.
