As long as your on a PC...that ^
respec her into melee and you've got yourself a backstabbing-Maker-loving-Hot redhead that makes enemies have no heads on a frequent basis. You may get mad at her for stealing your killing blows though, hehe

this..it allows more customization of them when you recieve them. I played w/o mods (other then some texture and face changes) on my first play...
now I use the respec mod..and alter Morrigan more to my liking (while still keeping shapeshifter as changing that when you get her is stupid as that's her character)..but I still keep her general theme...typically though taking a heal but still keeping her "witch of the wilds" feel..instead of turning her into a nuke cannon....Alistair is fitting as sword/board or DW imo....as he doesn't strike me as a 2h/strong type..more agile..etc....Oghren on this play (3rd) I respec'd to a DW with axes (as my main PC is 2h and I like a DW dwarf with axes)...I usually keep Leli as archer and take ranger..but this time I made her DW also for a little bit of a change (and I don't care for Zev at all) Dog/Shale there's no reason to redo since they're limited anyway...
Wynne...I LOVE giving her SH to start (like she should have) and giving her AW later JUST to equip some heavier armor so she's like having a "Cleric"..then equip her with a mace and shield (though doing this doesn't require a respec..but her will does need pumped up more..and an armor set bonus that reduces spells/abilities)
and while you can give each char a new spec on respec'ing them (like having alistair start as berzerk/whatever instead of Templar) to me it's just not fitting...even when I redo there abilities I ALWAYS give there first spec as there default....changing that just doesn't fit.
tl:dr - get the respec mod as stated above lol

You want to take all of your partners and make them into one killing machine, like the Constructicons combining to form Devastator? Can't be done.
Or did you mean that you want to turn your partners into killing machineS? That's much easier.

Keep in mind it makes the game dramatically easier. 1 min max PC character the game can handle, a party of 4? Not so much.

If you dont use a mod to buff up Leiliana.
Max Leiliana's dexterity then spec her in Bow. Get her to Critical shot, Slaying arrow, and Scattershot. Make sure she is shooting at your main characters target with all special abilities.
I enjoyed the animal summons from the ranger specialization. The spider adds some crowd control. The bear is tough and does more damage. Never really used the wolf.

Respec mod! I refuse to play without it, and also ..well never mind, I was going to give you a link to dragon age Nexus, but it appears to be down atm.
