In DA:O, if you visit the player profile>screenshots, it tells you how many files are online. Currently, mine says 74/100 and that's after deleting every screenshot (aside from two in my album) that I have online at all (it was at 100/100 before I deleted the screenshots I could get at through screenshot management). What are the other 74 files, where are they, and can I delete them, too? Even if they include the 15 characters and the achievements, it still doesn't add up to 74.

Considering the issues with character updates (mine's waaaay behind now), I'm trying to track down all the issues that I can find in the hopes I can find a solution.

[Edit] My character updated today (first time in 30 hours of gameplay) after I had deleted those 26 screenshots. I've set it to not upload anymore screenshots, so hopefully that'll help speed things along. Still don't know where the 74 files come in, though.

This is the same for me, except I have no screenshots uploaded and no characters uploaded (anymore, because i deleted them from the profile) Now, when I try and upload anything, screenshot or character updating, it does nothing. Been like that for a couple weeks now.

Excellent. Thanks for the link. I hadn't gotten back to that thread yet.

A new site build has been deployed that should allow you to clear out the "hidden" screenshots - they should reappear the next time your data syncs.

My character just sync-ed, but the screenshots stays the same. I guess it'll fix itself in a while. 'Strangely' enough, it sync-ed nearly instantly after I disabled from in-game options to (Automatically) Upload character data, then switched it back on after 5 minutes.

They didn't appear at the next sync, since even today's gameplay is already uploaded (story/stats). No matter, as long as the rest of the updates keep working as they should, I'm not too concerned about the inability to get at the other screenshots. Once they do appear, they'll mostly all be deleted.

Mine are working fine now. Before it would either say 100 of 100 or -1 of -1. Now it says 11 of 100 (even though I only have 3 uploaded) but the last time it sync'd I had 10 (it shot up to 11 when I uploaded a file a few minutes ago).
