According to Jessica Chobot on this week's Feedback (G4TV Podcast), she says that she plays a reporter and that Shepard has the option to have sex with her.

She talks about it at the 55:10 mark:

"Last I heard, I am one of the 'romanceable' characters in the game," Chobot said. "I think you can bring me on the Normandy, I think you have the option of kicking me off too. I’m not sure if that’s before or after you romance me, so we might have a  Jersey Shore  moment. I think you can romance me with a man or a woman. We’ll see when the game comes out," Chobot added."

i haven't heard of that chobot-person before and i've got the feeling this is not particularly bad.

Romance is not new to Bioware, if you can even call them romances. They've been doing romance since the year 2000. They've even had the same romantic actors since KotOR and been writing them on the same premise since Baldurs Gate 2.

Seems so. Hey, at least my Shep sleeps with a woman that's not a nerd's wet dream.

Na, seriously: I wonder what their R/L counterparts think about that. I must say I don't really know Jessica Chobot - she doesn't mean anything to me. Same for Yvonne by the way - before ME2 I didn't know her. Maybe I'm too old (next month 30) or not nerdy enough anymore ...

Whatever.

I'll give Diana a chance, I hope she comes with an interesting character. If not, none of my Shepards is waiting for her, they have Ashley 
Also she's a BI!LI, right? Maybe I'll give her a chance with a fem!Shep. Except Ash is bi too. ^^

In Jade Empire u had the option to romance with the 2 main love interests at the same time.

So there is a choice not to bring her on the ship chose that . but us players who have no issue better have the choice to have her in that outfit in ME 3
