1.) Voice actors deserve some serious respect. THAT SH*& IS HARD WORK! I have a minor role and even after the end of a full day of voiceover, I was exhausted. I had about 2 full days. Imagine that for an entire full-length BioWare game with hundreds of dialogue options that one needs to record. And that isn't even taking into account the pace, changes, pronunciations that one has to learn of planets and items and races that, for all intents and purposes, aren't "real" in a literal sense, and often responding and acting to something or someone that isn't even there (it's you, a microphone and a sound booth - that's it).
So, if anyone ever asks me, "what is the one thing you learned and walked away with from this experience?" My response would be: To give voice actors the proper respect and acknowledgment that they're due because they work hard and are beyond talented!

In ME2 you could romance nearly every Squadmate, I'm not against romance, but not everyone want to in to Shepard' s bed(at least thats what it should be), its unrealistic.

According to Jessica Chobot on this week's Feedback (G4TV Podcast), she says that she plays a reporter and that Shepard has the option to have sex with her.
She talks about it at the 55:10 mark:

There is also an interview posted at G4TV where she talks about the experience:

"Last I heard, I am one of the 'romanceable' characters in the game," Chobot said. "I think you can bring me on the Normandy, I think you have the option of kicking me off too. I’m not sure if that’s before or after you romance me, so we might have a Jersey Shore moment. I think you can romance me with a man or a woman. We’ll see when the game comes out," Chobot added."

You know what I've just realised? Between Diana, Liara, Kelly, the new lesbian Comms Officer, and apparently now bi Ashley, if you killed Kaiden in ME1 and didn't romance Garrus in ME2, Femshep has 5 potential female LI's and at most 1 male. And that's only if James is a romance option, which I'm not convinced he is as there's no female counterpart to him.
Hell, Femshep actually has more women to choose from then Manshep! Crazy!

I like this option to sleep with her.
I would like it more if she would report it to the galaxy.

So first Yvonne Strahovski, now her, has ME become just a tool for drooling nerds to act their wet dreams, i.e. sleep with their favorite celebrities? lol

@Bold: We still don't know if Ashley will be bi.

the bi stands for bisexual which is liara/Zevran/Anders/chobot and so on.
I'm inclined to agree...Mass Effect: The Sims 3 intergalactic dating service.
