Doesn't it bother you that Kasumi has a dead boyfriend? She cries about it. That's right, it doesn't because Kasumi just like Steve move on. They will never forget about Kenji/Robert, but that doesn't mean they can't fall in love again. Steve falls for Shep, Kasumi clearly likes Jacob.

I'm just supporting her for Kasumi lovers, I wouldn't pick her as my LI. But how the hell do you move on after like a week Earth was invaded?! At least Kasumi got year(s).

Huh? Steve's husband died on Ferris Fields during the Collector attack. That happened in ME2 and it's over a year till he and Shep get involved

But he's not hitting on Shep. Not even when you meet him in the Purgatory, you have to flirt with him first. Sure, you may say that it's visible that he has feelings for Shep, but it's obvious that it's something new and that he still wants to close the previous chapter of his life first. He's not jumping on Shep as soon as he first sees him lol. Nothing happens till after the Coup.
