Hey, I'd thought I'd drop a conversation between Ash and Steve at the Citadel Memorial Wall here. I always do their missions at the same time and I wondered how a conversation between the two about loss would go. Let me know what you think guys.

That is a nice fanfic. I don't play with Ashely surviving Virmire often but this shines more light on both these characters.

Also, (and I don't mean this in any racist fashion) but he seems too black in a manner of speaking. From in game Cortez seems like he has a Mestizo or "Blatino" heritage.

Oh, didn't know that. I don't spend much time in the Kaidan thread. I think he's pretty close though.

Yeah, Cortez is lighter so he isn't spot on, but I'd be okay with Bioware taking a liberty for Lance Gross. He's a good looking man.

This is so lovely Definitely a missed oppurtunity in the game with Steve and Ash both visitng the Memorial Wall, would love to hear them talk there :happy:

And I definitely think he's friends with Ash & Kaidan, I mean, the way they react if he dies implies that they're close

I don't think any writer is 100% responsible for complete creation of any character, I mean, it all probably started from greenlighting a shuttle pilot character by Casey, but Dusty definitely wrote the most of Cortez and it's thanks to him that he has so much personality and why he's so lovely <3 And of course his voice actor too

I see, thanks for clearing that up. Still, he deserves a thank you for his work; Steve is indeed very lovely. Oh and yeah, Matthew del ****** is so cute and his voice is so sexy! Fitting for Cortez, eh?

I actually liked how they introduced Shep/'Tez's relationship. (I will still have to disclaimer that I'm coming from stereotype bias, so maybe it's actually silly and I just don't know -- I didn't think it was silly.)

I can't say the same for Shep/Kaidan's. It seemed like Kaidan was still talking to femShep, and broShep just wasn't able to give an appropriately matching response. It came across as silly to me.

'Tez sounded like he was talking to broShep, and broShep sounded like he was responding appropriately as a guy (going the relationship route).

Again, that's just my view.

Maybe they fixed the problem with registering then? You should post about it in General Section, telling people who had this problem to just try again now, maybe it will work for them too?

Well tbh most fanfics I've seen have Shep as the top, regardless if it's with Steve, Kaidan or Vega lol I think it has alot to do with how fans percieve Shep xD

No offense meant, but I think I'll stick with fade-to-black romance scenes.

(Actually, I prefer that for all the video game romances. Maybe I'm a traditionalist, but I really don't want to be a peeper/voyeur on my characters when playing a video game. It also allows the players to visualize what they want.)

I imagine Kaidan and Shepard taking turns. Steve I have a hard time imagining as a top. That may be due to my preconceived notion that Shepard is such a masculine and dominate figure. We also know so little about Steve's husband and their relationship. It's a little difficult to entirely understand Steve's sexual nature. Like much of ME, it's up to the individual's interpretations.

In my headcanon both Steve and Shep are versatile Probably has something to do with the fact that this is how me and my boyfriend roll :innocent:

Haha yeah, I prefer to not have such details in the game, this way I can totally headcanon them to take turns
