I think that red line in the GIF is in game, I noticed it last night... when my eyes weren't filled with tears.

Yes, I reloaded to see all three endings (I didn't want to YouTube it) I have a post-Starbrat savefile to I could just walk over one then reload the save and see the other.  So sad leaving Steve alone in Control & Synthesis.

Wait, how do you have post Catalyst save? 

As for Synthesis/Control memorial scene, anyone else feels like someone else than EDI should hug Steve (or other LI) in Control? I get that it couldn't be EDI since she may be dead. But why not Sam? She has plot armor. I would love a scene if Sam hugged Steve (and other LIs). It kind of made the Synthesis & Shep dying sting less seeing that EDI will be there for Steve/other LIs. But no one hugs the LI in Control/bad Destory

I play on PC so when it Autosaved I Alt-Tab'd out and saved it.

Yeah, Start of London FOB, Beam run, TIM confrontation, Start of StarBrat, and now with EC there is an autosave just after you talk to StarBrat where you can pick any of the three.

I wish Steve had the final moment during the beam run like Kaidan... I love Kaidan but I also love Steve.

Hackett says it a few times and I think even more in the EC now.  Shepard says it once during the ending, when he leads the fleet to Earth IIRC.

Shepard,Hackett,Joker, Anderson,Garrus -grrrr there is nothing more irritating than one phrase parroted across different characters...i'm sure they would have better things to remind Shepard of.
Thankfully Steve never says that line...probably because he and Shep are getting plenty of 'it'
