Hello to the new folks. And Dragon, nice comic! I got a chuckle out of it.

As for the underwear issue, it's been bandied about a lot and we've never come up with a good answer why they didn't just use some strategically placed steam clouds... I mean, they can use the excuse with Liara that she's an alien so they're not showing a naked human.

Still, I'd much prefer it sans clothing and not mutually exclusive of the chess game. I just head canon it at this point.

Got a Transcript? I don't fancy going through ME2 to Romance Liara then ME3 just cheat on her with Sam to get the dialog. .My FemsShep ended up with Sam but they were single with no pre-Romance or they'd Romanced Jacob.


Also...I feel like the Shower bit and the Chess scene really didn't need to be mutially exclusive it made me sad we couldn't get both, also no Sam Citidel Date. everyone else got on, even Cortez but not Sam. My Headcannon Shep has her buy Sam a Chess set which she has specially made of her using Krogan and Turian peices pieces. Also in relation to the shower...yeah, clever Camera angles and steam could have workd just fine, they put the extra effort in for Liara but both Ash and Sam got the Underwear.

when I romance Sam I always make a save before the 'game night'email I play chess with Sam then reload the save to have the shower the best of both worlds

For me the thing that is wierd is not the shower in underwear, but the fact that unless you cheat on Liara, the only person that mentions the romance is MR. Pothy the Prothean (Javik). What is up with the ship not being all abuzz about the romance?

hey guys, just going to post this because edit hates me, but Omega was confirmed for fall release, so we can hope Sam has a role, or at least, some dialogue.

I read it
hopefully it won't be released till mid Nov or later--why--because AWR is currently in the play King Lear and won't be done till Nov 3/4
that maybe will give her time to add any dialogue for Sam if bioware wants to have it(shrugs)
if dlc released before early Nov,then no new dialogue for Sam

Personally, I would not mind if they only mention the romance in the DLC through a cutscene. Like this if it was from Leviathan:

Samantha: Cortez, if Shepard gets hurt because of you, you are dead.
Steve: Got it, Traynor.
Samantha: Good, tell Shepard I love her.

It just feels like the romance is in the closet (as in secret to the crew), even with Leviathan. So, I would like some acknowledgement of the fact that femShepard and Sam are together. Even a scene as Shepard goes on the mission where Sam tells Shepard to be careful.

Yeah, Sam is amazing, though quick to get busy, in terms of romantic relations, that is.

It's possible that she's already recorded the dialogue for Omega (if she has any), since they've been working on the story and related developments for quite some time now.

I still haven't purchased the Leviathan DLC... and Omega will be a big IF for me as well, for several reasons.

Also, today the founders of Bioware said they're retiring.  I'm not sure I like the fact that both of them retired AT THE SAME TIME, since it smacks of something the Evil Overlords of EA had a hand in.  (Also, screw not ending sentences with a preposition.  >.<)

^^somtething doesn't add up with both retiring at the sametime
it might put bioware that much closer to falling over the cliff

it would be nice if AWR has recorded some dialogue for Omega

Im not gonna lie. I don´t feel, that it´s looking good for Bioware at the moment. The ending controversies, it´s 2 founders leaving & EA who forces MP into every future product now (been confirmed), have now gotten more control. I really feel bad for the team that´s designing Dragon Age 3. They are gonna be working in this weird shadow of doubt.

And speaking of Dragon Age 3. I took a peek in the new forum to see what people wrote about it. And of course I had to go into one of those "nudity" threads, and hearing people air their fears of the naked human body, and the usual bullsh*t about The Witcher 2 being a porn game without any story or character development. <_<

And now Sam is being dragged into those stupid ass debates, because of the shower scene. Great, one of the very few openly homosexual RPG characters with a real personalty, is being used as a whipping girl by the prudes.

One person even wrote, that Sam was a sexual predator because of the way she says "interrested". That person can kiss the darkest part of Samantha´s firm ass!
