Happy Birthday to Alix Wilton Regan who turns 29 today

Samantha is so cute. I had to refrain from her in my first playthrough 'cause I was already thoroughly smitten with Kaidan, but I created a new character who romanced no one just so I could get with her in the third game.

 

I'm even almost tempted to kill off Garrus just so that I can get the extra dialogue with her. But I just couldn't do that. Oh well.

If you're on either PC or the 360 then you could just Gibb Garrus to be out of the picture at the appropriate point, and then just Gibb him back in again afterwards.....

I believe there are a few folks who live in England, maybe in the London area, but AWR will be running the Virgin London marathon on 4/26/15. She is doing it for charity. So maybe you folks may get the opportunity to see her or even speak with her if you decide to check it out.

WHAT IF You could recruit Traynor in ME2 instead?

 

She was on Horizon when Shepard was there, after all - it would be the perfect time to add her to the team.  You’d find her in that garage (instead of the mechanic) trying to restore the comm signals. She would help get the defense towers back online while you defended her from the attacking collectors, then you’d invite her to join your crew.  Two games would have given so much more time for development of her character, back story, and romance (think of how much more stressful the final mission would be if you could lose Shepard’s girlfriend to the Collectors).

Patrick Weekes, Samantha's character writer, will be the new Dragon Age lead writer. He's replacing David Gaider who is moving to another Bioware project. I only mention this since if, and its a very big if, they bring Shepard back for another game, and I'm sure they would bring Samantha back as well, would he take time to write her character or would that be left for another writer? Of course time will tell.

So a bit of news: I have decided leave Dragon Age and move onto a new, upcoming BioWare project (which I can't discuss).

Weekes deserves a lead writer role so congrats to him.

That being said, with him no longer on ME my concern levels around the next game have gone into overdrive. No Dombrow, no Weekes. Gutted

I'm romancing Samantha for the first time. Quite interesting I noted that she is more confident when romanced. After Thessia she steps forward herself without EDI's support
