With what has happened to the off-topic section being closed, I'm concerned about the groups. Right now I'm debating whether or not to copy/paste all the posts related to Samantha from her group onto this thread

OK. Now Samantha can be found in the story, campaign and character section of ME3.

If the player chooses not to do the grissom academy mission, Samantha will not mention she was on Horizon when the collectors attacked.

If Shepard completes the ex-Cerberus scientists mission without completing Grissom, Shepard will have different dialogue when talking with Samantha

 

Traynor: The Cerberus scientists are safe with the Alliance. The brass thinks they'll be a big help on the Crucible

Shepard: First Grissom Academy, now this. Nice work

 

This is what femshep will say if Grissom wasn't completed

femshep: "Brass" isn't lab speak. That sounds pretty military

 

I woud guess maleshep would say the same.
