A question for our resident Traynor expert:

 

Sam told Shepard (colonist background) about Grissom Academy but Shepard never did that mission. After the coup, Sam wanted to talk to Shepard about some missing Cerberus scientists. First, however, she told Shepard about Elysium being destroyed and most likely the academy along with it. She  then went on to talk about the Cerberus scientists, but Shepard never got a chance to tell her "good idea" or "they might be indoctrinated." There was no mention of Sam's Horizon experience. Shepard just said "put it on the galaxy map and I'll look into it."

Its because Grissom was never completed. Everything you mentioned, I got as well when not completing Grissom.

Its too bad Tryanor didn't have any dialogue in the Leviathan dlc, especially after the mission is completed. After completing Omega, Shepard receives the chess set Petrovsky had. Too bad Bioware couldn't add some dialogue and a scene while AWR was in the studio giving her lines for the Citadel dlc that could've been added in the Omega dlc. Have femshep invite Sam up to see the chess set who is impressed. Both sit down for a game. End of scene.
