To me, that says, "I'm thinking about you being naked right now."

Yes, you can put off the Tuchanka: Bomb mission until after the Citadel Coup. Here's the order (be aware that you will NOT be able to do Cerberus Abductions mission on Benning if you do this as you won't have time, so you will not be able to get the dogtags for Ambassador Osoba)

-Priority: Palaven → Grissom Academy
→ Priority: Sur'Kesh → N7: Cerberus Attack → Tuchanka: Turian
Platoon → Priority: Tuchanka → Citadel Coup → Tuchanka: Bomb 

This way will also allow you to get the power grid for Purgatory, allowing you to complete that hub mission (just remember to hand it in prior to curing the Genophage).

Also, if Ashley is your VS (not sure if it works for Kaidan) and you bring her back on the ship after the Coup, go and get Tali prior to the Bomb mission (but don't do the Geth Dreadnought mission) and if you bring Ash and Tali on the Bomb mission, there's added dialogue where they talk about Virmire and Ash will leave her room after the mission and you can talk to her at the Normandy's Memorial Wall.

But, yep. There's a window of a couple missions after completing Turian Platoon before Bomb expires. Alternatively, you can just do the Rachni Queen mission in order to trigger Priority: Tuchanka and then leave both Platoon and Bomb until later to complete with slightly more leisure. Although you'll miss out on Tali's "SPIDERS!!" dialogue going that route.

Oh, and you can still do N7: Cerberus Abductions. Only Benning: Evidence fails since Osoba is no longer found on the Citadel. Not a huge loss though, unless you're really strapped for reputation points.

In more on topic news: Traynor continues to be adorable, regardless of how nonsensically out of order any missions may become.

I didn't realize bomb can be done after citadel coup. Learn something new everyday.

Anyway, back to sam. When she says something about jump bomb duty to femshep is she implying something else??

This is what's great (or terrible, depending on how you look at it) about the Samantha romance, it allows you to fill in the blanks, more so than many of the other romances.  Since she wasn't in previous games, she isn't locked into a specific type of romance.

i cannot remember, but it is zaeed-like exchange. i think it is near the endgame but just keep checking in with her...

Yep. That's what I meant. The mission can still be done, but not Benning: Evidence.

Just started a new playthrough with my renegon femshep and even though my Shep is alittle short with Sam at times I still think it's cute how much she lights up whenever Shep talks to her. I'd say Sam likes a bad girl though;)

for my renegade femshep, sam seemed to take it in stride without any problems. She still got her shower and still calls femshep princess which is really cool. The last conversation was excellent as well. Yeh, sam likes both good and bad girl

You can beat her at chess (not really, she stomps you) as a male or female Shepard. 
But you can't "beat her at chess" unless you're FemShep.  hehe
