*Sam's point of view*

i was standing at the airlock waiting for my girlfriend, Katelynn Shepard. she asked me to dinner earlier. Katie came over to me and...Kissed me? well i mean, its not like she never kissed me, but she always had one rule; no romantic gestures in front of the crew. when the kiss ended she whispered in my ear, "you look ravishing this evening, love"

"you two, ma'am" i said.

"Sam..."she told me sternly.

"Sorry, Kate" i corrected

"better" she said kissing my cheek

we went to dinner where Shepard and i had a great time. much of what i knew about Shepard was wrong. She was not this robotic hero that needed no one, she was a woman, with human feelings and human disappointments. after dinner we watched Blasto 6 and we held hands and kissed a few times. we got back to the ship and Shepard asked "so when can i see you again, after hours?"

"how about right now, Katie?" i flirted

"Hmmm, all right, come with me" she said

i smiled knowing that tonight i will be making love to my girlfriend on a real bed, instead of in a shower...

We were in Katelynn's quarters sitting when Katelynn whispered into my ear "are you ready?"

"yes, i am, just never 'done it' on an actual bed." i said

she looked perplexed "not even with your last girlfriend?"

"no" i said "we always 'did it' in the shower or on the floor or couch or-" i said being interrupted by a kiss from my lover.

"your last lover was an idiot" she said

we made love all night. as we were baking in the afterglow of our sexual escapades i looked at Katelynn and told her "i love you"

"i love you more" she said moving closer to me.

we kissed until we fell asleep. we then cuddled the rest of the night...

Goddess, why do I get a sinking feeling that the EC is going to be utter crap? Lol at Garrus peeping from behind that chair though.

I'm always curious about other people's Shepards. Anyone fancy sharing what their Shepard is like (paragon/renegade, background, class, etc) and why she is well suited to Traynor?

shep:Nothing related to your work. Its that other crew members have played chess with you, and you have yet played me. Now before you say anything didn't  I say that we should play a game. In fact you said you sweat while playing chess. I said "you sweat while playing chess". You replied with "depends on how much fun we're having".
I would like to call your bluff.
sam:(clearing her throat) You are always busy, I didn't want to bother you.
shep:Traynor thats a lame excuse. I see you more than anyone on the ship. It doesn't take but a few seconds to ask.
sam:Am sorry ma'am.

shep:I'll tell you what. When am done  talking with the salarian councillor at the citadel email or let me know if I forget and we can have that chess game.Will that work.
sam: Yes ma'am. I can do that.
shep: Good. Now, the whole time we have been talking you have been staring at my ice cream.
sam: Yes ma'am I have. I didn't know we had ice cream on the ship.
shep:We don't. I have a small stash I keep in my cabin. Here((puts a spoonful in sams mouth)

sam:(caught by surprise) thank you
shep(reaches over and removes a bit of ice cream from sams lip with her finger and theen licks it) want some more?
sam:Yes I do(smiling)
shep:Next time we're int the lounge I'll bring some for you
sam:If you have it, can you bring srawberry? May I ask a question Commander?
shep:Whats on your mind Traynor?
sam:Your an attractive woman. Why isn''t there a Mr. Sheperd

Katelynn Shepard is a paragon, earthborn, vanguard with a "you hurt my girl, you die" attitiude. she fits Traynor as she can treat her with the respect and love she deserves.

My first Femshep that I romanced Traynor with (I'm bad about names, so her name is Kim - she's always just Shepard to me) was a renegade through ME1 and mostly renegade through ME2. She's mostly paragon now, but has a renegade moment every now and then. Vanguard, Earthborn, ruthless.

As for Traynor, Sam is the only good thing she's got going right now, as far as Shepard is concerned. The war isn't going according to plan, the Reapers and Cerberus both are enemies, she's running around trying to get everyone to work together, etc. She's got more on her plate than any sentient being ever should be saddled with.

Sam is her sanctuary. Even if it's only for a short while, when she's with Sam, she can (almost) push all of that to the back of her mind. At this point, I'd say that Sam is probably the only reason she's not gone 'round the bend completely.

Thanks for sharing I find it interesting to see how different peoples Shepards are.

As for my Shepard that romanced Traynor, Cassandra is an infiltrator, colonist and a sole survivor with a pretty neutral paragon/renegade score. Cassandra is somewhat jaded after losing her family on Mindoir and her squad on Akuze. She doesn't have the naivety of a paragon but she isn't as cold as a renegade (I enjoyed playing neutral but it does mess up some intimidate/charm options in ME2). She lost Jack, Thane, Kasumi and Jacob on the suicide mission, losing people seems to be a theme in her life.

Cassandra didn't romance anyone in ME1 or ME2, she thinks it's unprofessional and unwise to get romantically involved with someone under her command. But with the war and what seemed like certain death looming over her she finds herself unable to resist Traynor's charms. @Valorefane Dragonwinter my Shep sees her relationship with Traynor in a similar way. Cassandra doesn't have to play the hero in front of Samantha, she gets to just be herself.

I think all Shepards have a shared sense of humour with Traynor, I really like how they tease each other in the banter. Another thing Cassandra has in common with Traynor is that they are both colony kids. I like to think that Shep, Traynor and Allers (I'm not a hater) get together for drinks and chat about colony life.

Lisa Shepard for me found sam to be a change of pace from everyone else. She saw sam overcome her nervuos start and blossom into a regular crewmate. She also found sam to be a nice release from the war, one she could cuddle up to . And of course that sexy voice

let me give a better answer for my femshep then I did earlier

My femshep,Lisa Shepard greww up on earth involved with gangs. Always getting in trouble,so she enlisted in the military to braek the cycle.
She moved up the ranks through determination. She held off batarian slavers by herself at great cost, but it made her stronger. Its what gave her "do whatever it takes attitude"
In me1 she is assigned to the sr1 and found no friends she really cared for. She liked Ashley, with ' I don't like aliens', and treated her like a sister

In me2 lisa died and the alliance made no effort to search or recover her body. Her hatred of the alliance grew and swelled even more when the alliance was spying on her while getting rid of the collectors

She is under house arrest for 6 months and during that time she didn't give a f**k about anything anymore.
The reapers invade earth and the alliance wants her to save the world as well as the galaxy.. She thought the real threat is the stupid politicians. Than hackett cries like a baby by saying "we can't beat them conventionally". She wanted to shoot his sorry a**

Along came SamTraynor, a new face, a young face. At first she thought 'she needs to calm down' But then noticed how traynor righted herself and became a valuable asset.This impressed Lisa and finally played chess with her(she lost badly)

She found herself attracted to sam, and it was made more so with sam in her shower. After that sam was like a  relief valve where she could be herself and respected sam for helping with that.

Lisa is a soldier who uses her widow more as baseball bat than to shoot with

I think the EC's going to be awesome.  I'm very glad to see that they didn't halfass it and have added so much.  I can't wait to see it all.

As for my Shepard, I'll preface by saying that I'm a pretty intense RPer when it comes to games like these lol.

My "real" Shepard, named Valerie Shepard, is Paragon, a War Hero, Spacer, and her class is Soldier.  She's a skilled, dutiful, and slightly strict soldier that takes pride in her work and it means a great deal to her that others look up to her; this is what makes her an excellent leader.  People flock to her because of how she treats others: with respect and genuine interest.  She puts innocents and civilians at the top of her priority list while on a mission.  With respect for the places she protects, Valerie avoids collateral damage as much as possible, so she's precise, quick, and efficient with her Mattock rifle.

She is a good fit with Sam because they are both strong yet emotional women that support each other and help each other's weaknesses.  Sam seems to have fairly low self-esteem until she meets Valerie.  Valerie's a strong, powerful woman and just being around her gives Sam more strength and Valerie's compliments and encouragement give Sam the confidence she needs.  For Valerie, Sam gives her someone to talk to that is comforting and supportive when Valerie's really feeling the weight of her position and the severity of the Reaper war.  Sam is also fun, silly, and quirky, which is good for Valerie's more uptight personality.

My "other" Shepard is named Stéphanie and she's Renegade, a Sole Survivor, Earth-born, and her class is also Soldier.  She's an aggressive, angry woman that gets things done, but rarely leaves positive residue wherever she goes.  She's got an affinity for explosives, giant cannons, and other things that leave her targets in ruins.  She'll save civilians as long as she doesn't have to go too far out of her way and it was directly stated in her briefing to protect them to some degree.  In terms of military service, she retains a strictly business relationship and sticks to the rules to avoid any issues.  She is borderline curt with her superiors in her brevity and lack of emotional expression when communicating with other military personnel.  This has gained her the reputation of a cold person teetering on the verge of being a machine.  As one would expect, the crew isn't always fond of whenever the CO is walking around the ship, but they respect her results.

She's a good fit with Sam because her constant interactions with Sam let Sam "see through her armour," as she says.  Sam is able to bring out Stéphanie's more human side when the two are alone together rather than the robotic persona that Stéphanie employs when dealing with the rest of the crew.

sam woke up to find her commander wasn't in bed or the cabin. She could hardly get it out of her mind that she just spent the night being seduced by her commander. Sam got up and heade  for lisas ice cream stash.

femshep:(walking in)so I leave and you raid my ice cream stash.
sam(avoiding lisas gaze)yes ma'am.
femshep:(puckering her lips)Traynor, call me Lisa or I throw you off the ship
sam(shocked at what she heard)alright. Now am gonna call your bluff ma'am
shep:well, sam has a backbone(smiling seductively)Now are you gonna follow through with it
sam(grabs lisa and lightly brushes her lips agaainst lisas lips)You know I will Lisa.

shep:(trying to contain herself)now you're teasing.
sam: yes I am. And I figured out this is your weakness.I touch you here and you get weak in the knees, plus you make those funny facial looks.
shep:I do not(standing her ground)
samreally? are you sure about that?(spins lisa around,pulls her pants down and smacks her on her cheek and proceeds to give her a hickey on her other cheek)
shep(caught off guard)I....I stand corrected.That is so childish to give me a hickey on my cheek

sam:your welcome to return the favor. In fact I perfer if you put one here(moving her eyebrow up/down)
shep:(taking her pants completely off) I will, but I like to ask a question .
samOk.(finishing the ice cream)
shep:last night you said ' I needed that' what did you mean?
sam: Well, the last time I had sex was 2 weeks before I was asigned to work on the Normandy to put in the upgrades.
shep: Thanks for telling me. I myself have a few confessions. First is that you are the only one that calle dme Lisa since I first joined the military
Second, Ihaven't smiled like this in several years and third, before you I haven't had sex in four years, if you can believe that. 

sam:I would never of thought that. The way you came in the shower, taking charge like you did
shep:2 reasons. I was horny and I saw that we might have a future together and not just a fling
samThanks Lisa,that means alot.
shep:when you said " I play for keeps" how could I refuse. When we were in the lounge talking and sharing ice cream,I wanted to jump your bones at that moment
sam:(pulling Lisas top off) Now about you giving me that hickey
shep(laughing)You sure only one will do(picks up sam and carries her to the bed)
sam:as many as you like(kissing Lisa)
