yes she is and  you should romance her  the last conversation you have with her is the best

I'm starting a new Soldier FemShep walktrough these days and I'm totally going to romance her. When you say "last conversation" what exactly do you mean? Before rushing to the beam? Or before Cerberus Headquarters?

(I'm sorry I don't actually know how the Traynor romance work yet.)

the last time you talk to her before you go to eath, Smantha tells a bit of a joke about a having a family, and one of the options leads to her saying that it wasn't a joke.
