One of my characters has the herbalist ability, when I moved it around in the taskbar (quickbar, you name it) I accidentally dropped it from the taskbar and now I can not access that function from the character.
loading the game prior to the spot where this happened is the obvious solution, but I have more than 10 hours of gameplay since I've done this.
Is there a way to do this without loading that particular save and therefore losing more than 10 hours of gameplay?
thanks in advance,
Rob

Open your spell/skill book and drag the skill back onto the quickbar. Make sure it's not locked.

Open the Skills menu and drag the Herbalism skill down to your quickbar. Same with any other spell or skill.

Is your quick bar locked?
Also you can't quickbar passive abilities

You only need to put the first rank of any of the crafting skills (herbalism, trap-making, poison-making) on the quickbar. Ranks 2, 3 & 4 are upgrades and are therefore considered as passive abilities. Also, all 3 crafting skills share the same crafting interface, so you only really need to put one of them on your quickbar.

And there we have it. I never once tried to move the level 1 skill over to the quick bar and thats why I never succeeded. case closed.
