I'm doing a complete playthrough (ME1 and ME2) to get up to speed and remember all of the story for when ME3 is released.
I just completed Horizon and talked to Hackett.
Should I do the Arrival Mission now, or should I wait until after the Suicide Mission? Where does it fit in best with the story?
Question about Arrival.

It really works regardless of when you do it. I won't post any spoilers since you've apparently not completed it yet, but there is a change in some dialogue if you do Arrival after the Suicide Mission. Personally, that's when I prefer to complete it, but it works either way. It's all down to personal choice.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I think I'll wait until after the Suicide Mission, so I have something new to look forward too. Damn, can't it be March soon? lol

I'd say it's better to do both arrival and lair of the shadowbroker after the suicide mission.
