Some actions need to be done at night but I don't see anyway to display the time in the game. Is it possible ?

You mean DA2? The map screen has three tabs: Kirkwall-day, Kirkwall-night, and Outside Kirkwall.

There is no "time" per se, like in Skyrim.

you arrive at Redcliff in a day, talk to Teagon in the same day, if you get back to the camp, it will be at night, then back to Redcliff it is a day and it is the same day before...the attack should be at night right?

the camp is always at night....

worse thing happen if you choose not to help them, you left, wandering around the map...doing other campaign or side quests....then you get back to Redcliff...you found Teagon lying on the floor...and he still alive...

for how long?????

I meant DAO. I want to open a chest at night where there are nobody around :). I don't want to sit and wait for who knows how long until it looks like it becomes night. It's easier if there is some sort of game time display like Baldur's Gate.

oh...i know what you mean...well, mostly the NPC will only standing where they are, and even the chest is near them, they won't say anything..."i see no evil, hear no evil..."

This is a special case in Ostagar where the chest can only be picked at night, using the key from the prisoner, when the tranquil is not around.

The Ostagar tranquil's chest can only be looted after you've completed Duncan's quests.

Thanks. That makes sense.
