Sounds like you still won't qualify, you'll most likely have to take some BS course in how to sell MS products to the masses.

Xbox 360 demos are DRM free anyway. Somebody will upload it, so it just means an early demo for the whole (Xbox) community.

Probably. It's very easy to control what goes up on XBL compared to like, the internet.
Then again, the beta did get leaked.

I could be wrong, it's just what it sounds like to me. I hope you do get in somehow at least you are a ME fan, unlike 99% of the people this offer will apply to. If you get hired enquire about getting certified/doing the course immeadiately! And then find a way to get me in as well

I just got a good laugh. This is ironic. Sence Gamestop is sold out of ME3 CE for Xbox 360 and PC. If any of the Gamestop workers want it, they wont be able to get the CE at Gamestop.

It's irrelevant how restricted the download permissions are. Once the demo is downloaded, it can be transferred to and played on any other Xbox 360 as it is DRM free.
