Yes, anyone can register with fake credentials and take the quiz, but no one can get the code if they don't verify their employment with a copy of a pay stub.

And again, that page that had you go through all that is down now anyways, or somehow changed but in no way can I find it.

As was pointed out, Wal-Mart accounts do not require verification. This is verifiable. If you created one right now, it would say that your employment had already been verified.

They said it was for the first 65,000 who took the training. I think it blew up on the net and they hit that limit pretty quick.

Dug up my old account info from a summer job at the local game store, only to find out the friggin survey isn't available for Canadians.
Wat the ffffffffffff.
If any US members have an extra code i'd be appreciated if you could shoot it my way. I got a capture card if anyone would want me to record the demo, btw.

I don't think there are any more for us :(

Yes, your account page says that your employment is verified, it did for me and it has for others, and I and others were registered days ago, yet it still required us to submit pay stub verification. I looked around on that site for hours the past couple of days and there's no way to get around that.

The page that was up yesteday required the pay stub copy, regardless of what the profile said. And if you couldn't do that by last night, no email, no early demo access.

Well earlier everyone, or close enough, who took the quiz got the code.  It's possible Microsoft wised up or they ran out of codes though.

I am very grateful to the people who took the screenshots, but I am shocked, honestly shocked that there aren't any videos of it on youtube. Really? Not even a shaky phone-recorded one? Is Bioware taking them down or something?

Pretty sure this is the case. I signed up and did the quiz about 20 minutes ago, but there is no sign of a demo code.

Oh well, I'm sure I'll last for four days.

Yes, I've seen screenshot verification of this all over the place. There's not need to keep arguing this. It doesn't work now, so it doesn't really matter either.

Walmart employees can't get access to the demo and rewards of the site because it is considered a bribe by Walmart. It is stupid and makes me hate my job.

Well an and a few others registered and used wal-mart as our employer and took the quiz days ago, and got no code.

And regardless of what anyone says about the profile saying you're verified, it still asked us to verify our pay stub on the page that we were directed to right before the quiz, which is no longer there as of last night.

Regardless, the end result for all of us stays the same, we have to wait until Tuesday.

My Art of the Mass Effect Universe just arrived on my doorstep this afternoon, so that should quell my ME3 Hunger till Tuesday.
But still, really unfortunate.

My apartment-mate at college did it earlier and is playing the demo in the other room.  It worked.  Anyway I'll post a more indepth review of the demo in about a couple of hours.  Insanity as an Adept is rough.

"it has to be 100% ready."

Since other ExpertZone members have the demo, it's obviously finalized and done, but Microsoft pays out the butt to have the official release date pushed back and their shiny employees get the eary access benefits, causing more people to become microsoft employees because they want all the good stuff. Crap marketing scheme that benefits the few and tantalizes the rest of us.

Whats even funnier is that I'm a canadian ExpertZone member, and the demo, let alone the survey thing you need to take to get a code, is unavailable for Canadians. That's just confusing.

People probably have, it's just that a nice, high quality play videos take a couple hours to render, not counting that a demo playthrough could be 45 minutes or more.
Same deal for 22 minute long 1080p episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. That crap takes forever.

The beta runs were about 30 minutes per video I believe. Bioware said about 1-2 hours of gameplay, so it's a while. Just wait until tuesday, it will be better to play it first than watch it. ;)

1-2 hours of gameplay probably includes maxing out the limited progression in your multiplayer character that the demo gives you. Just speculation.

Yeah, lil' MS schemes like just that makes me sick. Guess they cant get support it any other fashion so they bribe their way for everything to be "exclusive". x|

Its not available to us Canadians either? Well that sucks. Theres another thing I find extremely retarded, why are all these surveys or contests most of the time only available in the US, even when the rest of the world is involved? (Those EA Dr Pepper caps comes to mind...)

In this case downloading a demo from doing a survey shouldnt be so complicated lol
