I've got multiple Shepards with all different combinations, but I will list my main or "definitive" playthrough choices here. My paragon/renegade scores aren't fully accurate as I don't remember, I played a gray Shepard that leans on the Paragon side, so paragon always gets maxed with a decent renegade score as well.
