Virmire: Saved Wrex and Ashley. Kaiden died. (Love Wrex, had to save him. Ashley was my LI so had to save her. Plus Kaiden annoyed the crap out of my Shepard)

Morality: I can't remember how much of the bars were filled, but I maxed out renegade and had some on paragon.

Citadel: Let the Council die, Anderson as councilor (Reason: Felt too busy to go out of the way to save council. Hated Udina)

Overall, my Shepard was kind of an alien distrusting jerk in the first game. I tried to roleplay him so he changed over time. By the end of ME1, he had no problem with aliens anymore, he treated them like humans, meaning trusting on a case-by-case basis.

Tali's trial: Rally the Crowd, tell the Admiralty Board to go to war with the Geth, evidence withheld. (Reason: Switched to Tali as LI. Shepard wants to give her a homeworld, hopefully in ME3, and wanted to also let her dad keep his name.)

Mordin's loyalty mission: Maelon dies, data on genophage cure destroyed (Reason: Mordin wanted to kill Maelon. Saw no reason to stop him. My Shepard agrees that the genophage is necessary.)

Jacob's father: Gave him the gun to commit suicide. (Reason: This guy is bonkers. Better to get give him the chance to be gone than to have him maybe locked up, released later, and do something else bonkers.)

Thane's loyalty mission: Joram Talid lives (Reason: No reason to let him die, no reason to let Thane's son turn into a killer like Thane and, well, Commander Shepard. I told you my Shepard is changing. He's far less cold than he was in ME1.)

Zaeed's loyalty mission: Vido Santiago dies (Reason: Same reason as Mordin's mission, saw no reason to stop Zaeed from killing the guy.)

Kasumi's loyalty mission: Had Kasumi destroy the gray box (Reason: It broke Shepard's heart to see her so sad, but didn't want bad guys to get it.)

Garrus's loyalty mission: Harkin gets a bullet to the knee, Sidonis dies. (Reason: Same as Mordin and Zaeed. My Shepard really doesn't care one way or another for these loyalty mission people, he just wanted to let his party members make the decision they seemed to want.)

Miranda's loyalty mission: Niket gets shot by Miranda, Miranda does not talk to Oriana (Reason: Again... my Shepard saw no reason to interfere with what these people wanted to do. Didn't force her to talk to Oriana.)

Jack's loyalty mission: Aresh dies. (OK, Shepard cared here. He thought this guy was a psycho that had to be stopped.)

Derelict Reaper:Legion is kept aboard the Normandy. (Sorry, Tali. He seemed interesting.)

Legion and the Heretics: the Heretics are re-written. (Shepard hoped Heretics could help in fight against Reapers.)

Romance: Tali (Shepard felt abandoned by Ashley with the way she yelled at him during Horizon. Plus he has changed a lot since he romanced Ashley and simply doesn't fit with her anymore. My Shepard sees Tali as like a engineering nerd like he is, and he tries to protect her from the cold, killing bits that saving the galaxy requires. He is beginning to see her as another reason to fight for. Tali knows he has blood on his hands but... hopefully she understands.)

Samara is biotic specialist, Mordin takes crew back to ship (crew entirely saved - Shepard cares for his crew like family), Samara and Thane accompany me to Reaper (for simple reason of their abilities complement an engineer well). Everyone survives.

Final decision: Collector base is destroyed. (Again, don't trust that Illusive Man or Cerberus. Only put up with Cerberus because they gave Shepard a life and a ship.)

Did all DLC. Tried to warn colony for Arrival. Those people didn't deserve to die. Should've gotten a chance to escape.

My Shepard is still a very serious guy who does what it takes to get the job done. That usually means renegade-type options. And if people tick him off, he gets very cold in how he treats you and has no sympathy for what may happen next. But he cares deeply for his crew and squadmates, and if you get on his good side, he'll try to help you no matter what. He's still renegade tilted, but the longer things go on, the more he's developing a heart. As far as Ashley goes, yeah...  he's ready to face the consequences. He doesn't regret what he did though and plans to stay with Tali.
